We understand that building can feel overwhelming. That's why we've created a clear, collaborative process that keeps you informed, involved and in control — six stages, from the first meeting to the final handover.
01 · Discovery
Initial consultation and discovery
A call and a walk of the site. We listen to how you want to live, talk scope, budget range and timing, and tell you honestly whether we're the right builder for the job.
02 · Design
Design and planning
We sit alongside your architect or designer while the design is still moving. It is far cheaper to resolve a budget on paper than to value-manage a fully documented house.
03 · Quoting
Quoting and estimating
Trade pricing and selections resolved into a transparent quote, with allowances explained line by line so you know exactly what is and isn't included.
04 · Pre-construction
Pre-construction and approvals
Approvals, certifiers, engineering and construction detailing. Shadow gaps, tile setouts, waterproofing falls and cabinetry reveals are drawn before anything is built.
05 · Construction
Construction and site management
One supervisor and the same carpenters, joiners and tilers across every project. Sites are swept, protected and photographed weekly, with regular written budget reporting.
06 · Handover
Handover and aftercare
We walk the house with you before completion, not after. Defects are closed out before keys change hands, and we stay reachable long after the last invoice.
